WordPress 2.8.2 Is Released

If you are like me and have to upgrade your WordPress installation the day it comes out, you might have faced a couple of nasty issues in the WordPress 2.8.1 version. I had terrible problems with this version of the software.
Well, the good news is that WordPress 2.8.2 has arrived and it fixes a lot of those nasty little problems. One of the updates that I appreciate the most is the update notice bug that kept on displaying the update message even if you were on the latest version. I was getting so ticked every time I logged in.
This latest edition also fixes other bugs in addition to a security fix that was recently addressed by WordPress users.
Being that we do a lot of web design projects that are blog related and the fact that we tend to lean toward WordPress as our choice of a blogging platform, this is important for our customers to read.
If you have a WordPress hosting provider that still needs to upgrade, let them know asap!
